Closed-loop Water-based Ultrasonic Cleaning - Ideal for Hardware, PV & Battery Mass Production

All industrial water ultrasonic cleaners must have standard closed-loop circulation systems, which include multi-stage filtration, oil-water separation, and full water recycling modules with a guaranteed water recycling rate of over 90%, in compliance with the new national Green Technical Specifications for Precision Cleaning Equipment, which go into effect in March 2026.

Core Advantages

1. Extremely low daily operating expenses
Recycled cleaning liquid significantly reduces the amount of water and detergent used, and it eliminates the need for costly hydrocarbon solvent replenishment.
2. No explosion-proof certification is required
Safe for standard factory workshops, it removes the need for additional investment in safety inspection and explosion-proof equipment.
3. Ideal for mass assembly lines that are automated
Conveyor connections, spray rinsing, and automated loading and unloading lines are all made possible by modular design, which significantly increases production throughput for stamping hardware, solar silicon wafers, and new energy battery components.

Points to Note for Application

Aluminium alloy workpieces may oxidise when exposed to a water-based cleaning solution. When cleaning, we advise using the appropriate anti-corrosion additives. In order to prevent water stains and secondary rust on parts, a full hot air drying station is an essential follow-up procedure.
Our entire line of industrial ultrasonic cleaners incorporates conventional closed-loop water circulation systems and is completely compliant with the most recent environmental regulations, making it easier for manufacturers to pass regional environmental audits.
